Yoga Nidra is “awakened” dreaming or a
Lucid sleep state. In this practice you’re guided through a total body relaxation meditation while in savasana. As the body relaxes you are able to get to a lucid or awakens dreaming state. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and restful. Some say one hour of yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep.
