Restorative Healing Yoga for Expectant Mamas
Pregnancy (whether with the first or fourth child) is a sacred, yet very challenging transition in a women’s life. During this class, the instructor will guide you thru a series of restorative yoga poses which aim to offer mommy time to be with and listen to her growing babe and her own inner thoughts, soften and surrender, and reduce muscle tension and heart rate. During these supported poses, the instructor will offer energy healing and gentle massage to the mamas. This 90 minute workshop is held in a unheated healing salt room and is appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy.
