Moksha For Triathletes
As a runner/cyclist/swimmer have you ever wondered: “What will I get out of yoga”? This class will follow a Moksha 60 format with a few added asanas. The teacher will guide you through each posture and relate it to muscles that are traditionally tight and/or weak in the triathlete. Breath with movement benefits all levels of athletic training, so building a foundation with yoga can translate into a more efficient swim, bike and run. Our heated studio will allow your muscles to relax and truly benefit from each posture. Our hope is to inspire you to add yoga to you training for next year’s events.
