Kombucha Workshop with Michael and Shayna
During this one hour workshop, each participant will leave with their own SCOBY, starter batch and information needed to start their own brew. They will also get to try samples of first and second fermentations with various flavours (ginger, strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit etc). Information will be provided on the history and benefits of kombucha. We will also demonstrate how to do the first and second fermentation. Snacks and social after for those who wish to stay.
$45 for non-members and $35 for members
