Free Intro to Hot Yoga Workshop
Join us for a workshop designed for beginners or anyone wanting to brush-up on the basics of hot yoga.
The yoga poses (asanas) featured will help to stretch, strengthen, and release tension in your body while developing concentration and awareness. Guests will learn about proper form, alignment and how to modify postures (for all needs and abilities) with the use of props.
This class is less formal than a traditional yoga class and there are opportunities to ask questions throughout this workshop-style class.
The supportive and interactive environment will help you learn the necessary foundations to develop a safe and rewarding hot yoga practice.
Tips for class:
– Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class
– Do not eat a big meal at least two hours before class
– Come to class well hydrated
– Keep an open mind and don’t take yoga too seriously 🙂
Come dressed for yoga with a yoga mat & mat towel (or rent from us for $2 each), bring a water bottle, and you may even like to bring a notebook and pen!
