Foam Roller is back!!!

Have tight and achy muscles? Learn how to soothe tight muscles using gentle yoga postures, your own body weight and a foam roller!
Elda will lead a reduced-heat 90 minute Foam Roller Yoga Workshop that will teach you how to safely use a foam roller to improve flexibility, balance, strength and muscular awareness.
Foam rollers are provided or you can bring your own. $20 for MYH Monthly & Yearly Members, $25 for non-members.
