Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is “awakened” dreaming or a lucid sleep state. In this practice you’re guided through a total body relaxation meditation while in savasana. As the body relaxes you are able to get to a lucid or awakens dreaming state. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and restful. Some say one hour of yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep. $30 for non-members $25 for members

Barre Teacher Training

Barre teacher training is a 2 day intensive workshop where you will learn the foundations of the barre workout.
