Laura started doing yoga her twenties, but it really became a key part of her fitness in the last 5 years.
Mind, body and spirit are part of Moksha’s tagline and they also define Laura’s connection to yoga. Yoga manages to bring balance into her busy life.
Laura loves that MYH is a community of like minded people. It is always easier to stay healthy when you are with friends. Laura is inspired by people with a healthy passion for something, whether it’s yoga, art, nature, family or anything. She loves to learn and she feels like she learns more around passionate people!
Laura has been a member of The Blast triathlon group for the past 6 years and she teaches ultrasound for Mohawk McMaster university.
