Yoga became a regular part of Jordan’s life towards the end of 2011 and she has never looked back. Jordan explains that “Yoga is a big part of my life because I believe it is the best practice to nurture my overall health and well-being.” She loves learning about her own body and noticing the subtleties of how her practice changes over time. Yoga keeps Jordan feeling connected in a supportive, like-minded community and that’s what keeps her returning to her mat over and over again!
She decided to teach when she realized that yoga was in her life to stay and it had cultivated so many positive benefits in such a short amount of time. She became more and more excited about the idea of sharing this with others and travelled to Victoria, B.C. in June 2013 for the Moksha Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training and has since complete Moksha Flow training as well. Jordan is inspired by the Moksha community as a whole, and she aims to take a little something from everyone she has had the opportunity to cross paths with.
