Joni Mitchell

Joni likes long walks on the trail, greeting people at the studios, the energy from the barre classes, being the little spoon and taking long savasanas in the sun.

She hasn’t quite mastered handstand yet, but she does upward dog and downward dog like a champ.

Joni eats a pretty healthy diet, but is always happy to indulge in the occasional timbit.

Joni is always happy to accompany anyone for a walk! She’d like you to know that whenever she’s at the studios, always feel welcome to take her out on the rail trail behind the Dundas studio or over to Valley Park in Stoney Creek.
