Yoga In The Dundas Valley

Meet us on sunny Tuesdays at 6pm in the flat clearing of grass just off the Rail Trail, close to the trail centre building, behind the de- funct train and near the start of the Main Loop. You can’t miss us! *Sunshine Only!* If it’s raining, the free class will be at the Dundas studio instead.

Driving directions: The address to access the Dundas Valley by car is 650 Governor’s Road in Dundas. If you were driving from the studio, you would turn left on Osler, turn left on Governor’s Rd (or Old Dundas Street that turns into Governor’s) and just follow the road through town, past the high school on the left, until you see a sign. You turn left to enter the gate and follow that road all the way in to the furthest parking lot, park there and then walk on the trail following the signs to the trail centre.

* Please note that there is a $10.00 parking fee for parking at any of the Hamilton Conservation Areas. Great idea to carpool and/or purchase a Nature’s Rewards card to use all season (you just leave it on your dashboard). Biking directions: Take the Rail Trail behind the studio and go right (west) in the direction of Brantford. It’s a bit of a hike- past Sanctuary park on the right hand side.
