Hot Yoga Barre Pop Up Class

Have you tried barre fitness yet?
It’s our favourite complimentary workout to hot yoga because it creates long and lean muscles…FAST! In a typical class at the barre, you’ll work in what we call the “challenge zone”, where your muscles start to SHAKE. We only move a few inches at a time, so it’s impact-free and safe for the joints. It also builds strength in the often neglected stabilizer muscles, the ones that will also help to improve your balance.
Since we love this workout so much, we’re hosting a special Hot Yoga Barre pop up class with Amanda! She’ll combine the benefits of hot yoga with the benefits barre! We’ll do a series of barre exercises to upbeat music in the hot room (reduced heat) using a barre ball and light weights, followed by a stretching sequence designed to give you that long, lean and toned look, like a dancer (but it’s not a dance class!). Just bring a yoga mat and bottle of water for class.
Regular yoga class prices apply. Use an existing class package or unlimited membership, or purchase a drop-in class.
