Free Intro to Hot Yoga in Dundas
This class is less formal than a traditional yoga class and there are opportunities to ask questions throughout this workshop-style class.The supportive and interactive environment will help you learn the necessary foundations to develop a safe and rewarding hot yoga practice.
Tips for class:
– Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class
– Do not eat a big meal at least two hours before class
– Come to class well hydrated
– Keep an open mind and don’t take yoga too seriously 🙂
Come dressed for yoga with a yoga mat & mat towel (or rent from us for $2 each), bring a water bottle, and you may even like to bring a notebook and pen!
