Community Meditation Classes with New Teacher Nathan

Mediation is a very effective way to achieve deep relaxation of the body and the mind. It allows our body to restore and heal, and it also helps us cope with daily situations that otherwise deplete our energy. The benefits are vast and more and more doctors are recommending meditation to their patients as a proven technique to help create inner peace and wellness.

 

This class is not a full hour of meditation. It may incorporate some gentle movement and yoga postures (asana), as well as meditation instruction, guided practice(s) and discussion.

 

No experience necessary, just an open mind. Regular practitioners will also benefit.

 

– Unlimited pass holders have access to Meditation classes in their membership
– Yoga class package holders can choose to use a class from their package for Meditation classes
– Regular yoga drop-in prices apply to meditation classes as well

 

Dress in layers and bring a yoga mat, water, and something comfortable to sit on (cushion or pillow). You may also want to bring a journal and a pen.
