Julie loves yoga because she finds it healing for her – sometimes for her body, other times for her mind, and very often it’s both. Yoga has become a foundation for everything in Julie’s life, and that alone keeps her returning to her mat on a regular basis. She has found a lot of peace through practicing, and the hope of finding even more inspires her to keep coming back.
Julie loves MYH because she finds it uplifting to meet kind and gracious people every time she is in the studio. She joined the team in 2011, to help make yoga accessible to people her community.
