Jordan started practicing yoga in 2011, and fell in love right from the beginning. Yoga is something that keeps her grounded and allows her to unwind in such a busy fast moving world. It’s a practice that continues to open her up, inspire her, and to shed layers of herself. After spending a year working the front desk at MYH, she completed the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua in February 2017.
Jordan uses yoga as a gentle reminder to breathe through challenging times and find inner peace. She loves connecting with like-minded individuals in the community and continually finds inspiration in the little things in life- music, nature, random acts of kindness, vulnerability and people who remind her of the resilience of the human spirit.
