James started practicing yoga two years ago. He immediately loved the community vibe in the studio. He explains, “It was such a positive place to be and that was exactly what I needed in my life.” James is an anxious person by nature and yoga helps him keep that in check. Through yoga, he has learned to breathe through difficult situations both on and off the mat. By teaching, he hopes to help others physically and mentally improve their lives.
In July 2014, James completed his Level 1 training in Kelowna, B.C. It was the hardest, most rewarding thing he has ever done. He is inspired by people who are relentless in the pursuit of their goals.
