Never one to say no to a little sweat and a good challenge, Brittany was happy to find hot yoga in the summer of 2008. Brittany loved the way yoga brought her more in tune with her body, mind and spirit. Inspired endlessly by her teachers, she wanted to inspire others in that same way. She completed the Level 1 Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Toronto in 2010, and her since completed Paddle Into Fitness Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga Training in Mexico, 2013!
Deepening her commitment to improving physical well-being for others, Brittany is an Occupational Therapist in Hamilton and also has a Kinesiology and Exercise Science background. She has been involved in the arts for the majority of her life, attending prestigious schools for dance.
