Bre first started yoga in 2009 when she moved to Toronto for school. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster in Art History, she moved on to complete the Art Fundamentals program at Seneca College. She quickly found that yoga keeps her focused, reminding her not to sweat the small stuff. She loves the feeling of calm that overcomes the body and mind during her practice. Bre believes that taking some time for yourself each day can be overwhelmingly valuable to your overall well-being.
Whether Bre is working or taking a class at the studio she always feels surrounded by so many awesome people which makes it hard not to love MYH! Meeting such beautiful individuals who continue to inspire her is just one of the many reasons why she wanted to join the MYH team.
Bre continues to practice yoga because the benefits are so evident not only physically, but mentally. Yoga allows Bre to focus on the truly important things in her life including time for travel, her passion for art, family & friends, and of course her dogs. Bre completed Moksha Level 1 Teacher Training in July 2014 in beautiful Kelowna, B.C!
