Moksha/SSU

This 75 minute class is a combination of classic Moksha yoga series and our signature Sweat, Stretch and Unwind (SSU) class. Expect to move through the first 45 minutes of the Moksha sequence set to music, and then the lights will come down for a candlelit finish with long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Great class for beginners!
